📜 Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

🏷 §1. General Provisions

  • These terms and conditions (hereinafter: the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the online store available at DGPlatesshop.com (hereinafter: the “Store”), including in particular the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, payments, deliveries, and complaint procedures.

  • The Terms are available free of charge in the Store in a manner that allows their acquisition, reproduction, and recording.
  • The Store sells to: (i) Consumers, (ii) Entrepreneurs with consumer rights (if applicable), and (iii) Entrepreneurs (B2B).
  • Polish law shall apply to contracts concluded through the Store.

📖 §2. Definitions

  • “Customer” – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.
  • “Consumer” – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • “Entrepreneur” – a Customer making a purchase directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • “Product” – a movable item offered in the Store.
  • “Personalized Product” – a Product made to the Customer’s individual order, in particular using data provided by the Customer (e.g. number/text), selection of variant/color, and selection of country/state/prefecture/hiragana.
  • “Sales Contract” – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.
  • “Business Days” – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

🖥 §3. Technical Requirements

  • To use the Store, the following are required: Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active e-mail address.
  • The Store uses cookies to the extent necessary for its operation and – after consent is given – for analytical purposes (Google Analytics), in accordance with the consent mechanism in Complianz.

🛒 §4. Order Placement Rules

  • The information presented in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.
  • The Customer places an order by adding a Product to the cart, completing the order form, and making payment.
  • In the case of Personalized Products, the Customer is obliged to provide the data necessary to complete the personalization and make the required selections.
  • The personalization preview is for illustrative purposes only.
  • The Sales Contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance for processing via e-mail.

💱 §5. Prices, Currencies, and Taxes

  • The prices of Products shown in the Store are gross prices (including VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The Store may allow prices to be displayed in various currencies compatible with the Stripe payment system.
  • Domestic sales (Poland) are subject to the applicable VAT rate.
EU sales / VAT OSS / B2B / export:
  • EU Consumers: Polish VAT rate (23%) up to the threshold of EUR 10,000 net; after exceeding the threshold – the VAT rate of the Consumer’s country (VAT OSS).
  • EU Entrepreneurs (with valid EU VAT number): 0% VAT (intra-Community supply of goods).
  • Sales outside the EU: 0% VAT (export of goods).
Please note: in the case of shipments outside the EU, additional charges may apply (e.g. customs duties/taxes) imposed by the destination country in accordance with local regulations.

🚚 §6. Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out via FedEx.
  • The Store ships within Poland, the EU, and outside the EU.
  • The order processing time is up to 7 business days.
  • Delivery costs are fixed and presented before the order is placed.

🧩 §7. Personalized Products

  • Personalized Products are made according to the Customer’s specifications.
  • The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
  • Personalized Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.

↩️ §8. Withdrawal from the Contract

  • The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, except for Personalized Products.
  • The statement of withdrawal should be sent to: info@dgplatesshop.com.

🛠 §9. Complaints

  • Complaints should be submitted to: info@dgplatesshop.com.
  • The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days.

✅ §10. Final Provisions

  • The Seller may introduce changes to the Terms for important legal or organizational reasons.
  • In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
  • These Terms enter into force on the date of publication in the Store.
