Definitions<\/h2><div class=\"dgpp-box\"><ul class=\"dgpp-list\" style=\"margin-top:0\"><li><strong>\u201cCustomer\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit making purchases in the Store.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cConsumer\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cEntrepreneur\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a Customer making a purchase directly related to their business or professional activity.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cProduct\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a movable item offered in the Store.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cPersonalized Product\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a Product made to the Customer\u2019s individual order, in particular using data provided by the Customer (e.g. number\/text), selection of variant\/color, and selection of country\/state\/prefecture\/hiragana.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cSales Contract\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cBusiness Days\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d4\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\ud83d\udda5 \u00a73. Technical Requirements<\/h2><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li>To use the Store, the following are required: Internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active e-mail address.<\/li><li>The Store uses cookies to the extent necessary for its operation and \u2013 after consent is given \u2013 for analytical purposes (Google Analytics), in accordance with the consent mechanism in Complianz.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d5\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\ud83d\uded2 \u00a74. Order Placement Rules<\/h2><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li>The information presented in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract.<\/li><li>The Customer places an order by adding a Product to the cart, completing the order form, and making payment.<\/li><li>In the case of Personalized Products, the Customer is obliged to provide the data necessary to complete the personalization and make the required selections.<\/li><li>The personalization preview is for illustrative purposes only.<\/li><li>The Sales Contract is concluded upon confirmation of order acceptance for processing via e-mail.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d6\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\ud83d\udcb1 \u00a75. Prices, Currencies, and Taxes<\/h2><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li>The prices of Products shown in the Store are gross prices (including VAT), unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/li><li>The Store may allow prices to be displayed in various currencies compatible with the Stripe payment system.<\/li><li>Domestic sales (Poland) are subject to the applicable VAT rate.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"dgpp-box\" style=\"margin-top:10px\"><strong>EU sales \/ VAT OSS \/ B2B \/ export:<\/strong><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li><strong>EU Consumers:<\/strong> Polish VAT rate (23%) up to the threshold of EUR 10,000 net; after exceeding the threshold \u2013 the VAT rate of the Consumer\u2019s country (VAT OSS).<\/li><li><strong>EU Entrepreneurs (with valid EU VAT number):<\/strong> 0% VAT (intra-Community supply of goods).<\/li><li><strong>Sales outside the EU:<\/strong> 0% VAT (export of goods).<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-note\">Please note: in the case of shipments outside the EU, additional charges may apply (e.g. customs duties\/taxes) imposed by the destination country in accordance with local regulations.\r\n      <\/div><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d7\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\ud83d\ude9a \u00a76. Delivery<\/h2><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li>Delivery is carried out via <strong>FedEx<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The Store ships within Poland, the EU, and outside the EU.<\/li><li>The order processing time is up to <strong>7 business days<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Delivery costs are fixed and presented before the order is placed.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d8\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\ud83e\udde9 \u00a77. Personalized Products<\/h2><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li>Personalized Products are made according to the Customer\u2019s specifications.<\/li><li>The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.<\/li><li>Personalized Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d9\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\u21a9\ufe0f \u00a78. Withdrawal from the Contract<\/h2><ul class=\"dgpp-list\"><li>The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, except for Personalized Products.<\/li><li>The statement of withdrawal should be sent to: <strong>info@dgplatesshop.com<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"dgpp-section dgpp-fade d10\"><h2 class=\"dgpp-h2\">\ud83d\udee0 \u00a79.
